In the age of information, globalization and speed, most Japanese enterprises have been forced to go through a dramatic change in terms of management. As a result, they have been undergoing reformulation of management strategies by means of deregulation, industry reorganization, abolition of lifetime employment and the seniority system.
To survive this "time of change" in the business world, our mission is to cultivate flexible-minded talents who are sensitive to the needs of the world and equipped with practical management skills. To achieve this goal, we have developed a highly flexible and practical curriculum adaptable to new trends and changes in management style. In addition, we offer an opportunity to learn about the latest e-business and the rapid changes in merchandizing, customer service and commercial transactions in general.
